Cordillera Shiraz is a unique, exclusive wine always originating from the same estates in the Central Valley. The "assemblage" of this wine blends together Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier. This gives expressive aromas with notes of torrefaction, redcurrant jam, tobacco and juniper with robust tannins and spices.
