The grapes from this vineyard usually ripen sooner than the rest of their plots. A delicate vanilla touch mingles with light perfumes of smoky wood and notes of lemon, grapefruit and white stone fruit. Dry, well balanced and full-bodied, its persistence and complexity makes Organistrum harmoniously rounded, ending with a long aftertaste.
