Mart�n C�dax Albari�o DO R�as Baixas vineyards are primarily in the Saln�s Valley, an average of five kilometres from the sea, ensuring the warm days are moderated by cool nights. The warm temperatures give ripeness and full citrus and apricot fruit, while the colder temperatures at night ensure fresh, pure Albari�o aromatics.
Mart�n C�dax Albari�o DO R�as Baixas is a brilliant straw-yellow in colour with green reflections. Citrus notes of lime and grapefruit mingle with pear, apple and white flowers on the nose. The wine is fresh, long, persistent and well-balanced on the palate.
