Herencia Altes Garnatxa Negra Terra Alta

Herencia Altes Garnacha Tinta grapes are hand-harvested, from low-yielding bush vines grown around Batea with its clay and calcareous soils, before being pressed in a small wooden basket press to prevent over-extraction. Fruit-driven, the nose is expressive with mineral notes backing ripe, red, summer-fruits. The palate carries on this theme, with the cherry and berry fruit being supported by a touch of spice on the smooth finish.
