This cherished and renowned region is built on centuries of wine-making tradition. It's patchwork quilt of vineyards and associated terroirs - or climats - gained a UNESCO world heritage site in 2015.
In Burgundy, due to it's cool and moderate climate, the key grape varieties are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and we'll to be showcasing some top notch examples of these alongside a delectable 3-course dinner.
